Synopsis:

When Joe and his three friends launch Police Modify Co., Ltd., they believe they are stepping in where the real authorities have failed. Backed by second-hand car dealer Brother Lay who has fallen victim to a gang of car thieves. They take on the role of a private police force in a community abandoned by its own officers. With the official police not only neglecting their duties but also secretly trafficking drugs, chaos spreads through the town. Against this backdrop of corruption and disorder, Joe must also confront the turmoil of his own heart. Together, the four friends face crime, betrayal, and impossible choices. Can they cleanse their town of crooked cops, or will they too be crushed by the weight of a broken justice system?
