Synopsis:

The animated film is inspired by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu’s Carmilla. The artist uses the method of reading a novel and letting his stream of consciousness work to create an image until he creates a sketch from a literary text and develops the sketch from his imagination seen through the text to create an animated film similar to. Moreover, it is filled with the sound of rain outside the house. Rain is now considered undesirable by humans, as it makes travel more difficult and modern humans fear getting wet as if their bodies were sacred and the rain. The fear of ghosts represents the fear of irrationality in a world that favors reason and is concerned with the rationality of thought. Ghosts are often the opposite because they are irrational, emotional, and cause one to consider death, which is a vast emptiness beyond imagination.
