Synopsis:

In 1565, the war between Ayothaya and Hongsa leaves a devastating number of soldiers and villagers dead. But a particular cause of death never mentioned in history is “Pee Ha”. At first, people fall ill and die from cholera. Then a corpse is found severely bitten, and while people are looking at it suspiciously, it rises and bites everyone. This may be the reason the cholera spreads rapidly. The only way to stop these come-back-to-life corpses, later to be known as zombies, is to cut their heads off. But there are too many sick heads to cut and soon it’s obvious that the living is losing the war with the living dead. They desperately need a turning point.
