Synopsis:

Pailin is a young medical student. Her heart is broken and her dream is shattered when her boyfriend Tiwa left her for her best friend. After graduation, Pailin moves to work as a doctor in a remote village. There she encounters Damrong, the village headman and her past adversary since Bangkok days. Pailin sees Damrong as an idealistic and very stubborn man who never achieves any success. While Damrong believes that Pailin is a spoiled girl who can never cure patients.
